Visitor Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience at Dreamland Galaxy, we’ve outlined the following visitor guidelines. Please review them before your visit:

  • Safety First: All guests must adhere to safety instructions provided by our staff. VR experiences and certain attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions for safety.
  • VR Headset Use: When using VR equipment, please ensure the headset is properly adjusted for your comfort. Always use the hand controllers as instructed by staff and avoid running or sudden movements.
  • Age-Appropriate Zones: Dreamland Galaxy offers various attractions for different age groups. Please ensure that you and your family members are enjoying appropriate zones for your age and height.
  • Food and Drink: Outside food or drinks are not permitted. We offer a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and meals at our Café for your convenience. Please enjoy your food and beverages in designated areas.
  • Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow safety guidelines and rules.
  • Respect for Others: We strive to create a welcoming, friendly environment for all visitors. Please respect others, avoid disruptive behavior, and keep noise levels reasonable.
  • Personal Items:Dreamland Galaxy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure. Lockers are available for use.
  • Behavioral Conduct: We ask that all guests display positive and respectful behavior while in the facility. Any form of inappropriate conduct, including roughhousing or aggressive actions, will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  • Health and Hygiene: Please wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility. If you feel unwell, we ask that you refrain from visiting for the safety of others.
  • Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations are highly recommended for VR experiences and group events. Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
