Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to update or modify information on this website at any time without prior notice, including pricing, attractions, memberships, operating hours, promotions, and policies.

Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to refuse service, suspend memberships, terminate accounts, or cancel reservations when necessary, including when guest conduct is unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or violates facility rules or applicable laws.

General Policies

• Every participating guest must have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before entering any attractions.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise permitted by Dreamland Galaxy.
• Guests must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• Socks are required for all guests entering the playground. Grip socks are available for purchase.
• Admission and membership benefits are subject to operating hours, scheduled maintenance, private events, full facility rentals, attraction availability, and capacity limits.
• Admission may be temporarily limited or suspended when the facility reaches safe operating capacity.
• Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or violates facility policies without refund.

Admissions & Attractions

Admission includes only the attractions included with the purchased admission.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, admission does not include:

• VR experiences
• Arcade games
• Birthday parties
• Food or beverages
• Merchandise
• Grip socks
• Premium attractions or separately priced experiences

Certain attractions may have age, height, weight, or safety restrictions.

Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, staffing, weather, or safety concerns.

Memberships

• Memberships are valid only for the named member(s) and are non-transferable.
• Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
• Membership fees and renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge.
• Memberships do not include VR experiences, arcade games, food, beverages, birthday parties, merchandise, grip socks, or other separately priced attractions unless specifically stated.
• Membership benefits, pricing, operating hours, attractions, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Memberships are intended for individual family use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, schools, camps, organized groups, or daycare visits unless approved by Dreamland Galaxy.
• Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for fraud, unauthorized sharing of memberships, chargebacks, abuse, or violations of facility policies.
