IMPORTANT PARTY & FACILITY POLICIES

• Setup & cleanup included
• Plates, cups, napkins & utensils provided
• Online booking available
• Party begins at scheduled reserved time and ends at scheduled reserved time
• Private party rooms are sanitized and reset between every event

Outside Food Policy

• Only the following items are permitted:
• Birthday cake
• Cupcakes
• Cookies
• Cake pops
• Goodie bags
• No outside food, catering, meals, trays, or drinks permitted

Party Timing Policy

• Birthday party hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the reserved party time for setup
• Birthday party hosts will have 15 minutes after the party ends to gather personal belongings
• Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled end time

Supervision Policy

• Dreamland Galaxy is not a drop-off or babysitting facility
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times
• Children must remain under adult supervision throughout their visit
• Dreamland Galaxy is not responsible for unattended children

Booking Policy

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve
• Remaining balance due before the event
• Party reservations subject to availability
• Admission & party availability may be limited during peak times, holidays & special events

Socks Policy

• Socks required for all guests entering play areas
• Grip socks are REQUIRED for all children
• Children’s grip socks available for purchase — $3.99
• Adult socks available for purchase — $4.99

Party Restrictions

• No piñatas
• No outside balloon garlands
• Nothing may be taped, hung, or attached to walls
• No moving furniture or décor
• No glitter or glitter dresses
• No large structures or frames
• No heating or warming devices
• No outside face painting services
