Membership Policies

• • Memberships are valid only for the named member(s) listed on the membership account. Family memberships cover only the immediate family members included under the selected plan.
  • The membership includes 2 adults per entry.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to another person.
  • Membership fees are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.
  • Memberships are month-to-month and remain active until canceled.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email at least 3 days before the next scheduled billing date. Requests received after this deadline will take effect following the next billing cycle.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
  • Membership benefits are available only during normal operating hours and are subject to attraction availability, scheduled maintenance, private events, capacity limits, temporary closures, and other operational considerations.
  • Memberships do not guarantee admission when the facility has reached maximum occupancy or is closed due to safety concerns, maintenance, private events, or circumstances beyond Dreamland Galaxy’s control.
  • All members must comply with Dreamland Galaxy’s Visitor Guidelines, Membership Policies, and all posted facility rules. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
  • Misuse of a membership, including sharing membership privileges, providing false information, or attempting to circumvent membership policies, may result in immediate termination without a refund.
  • A completed waiver is required before participating in any attractions. Minors must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Members are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to Dreamland Galaxy property, attractions, equipment, or facilities.
  • Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, membership offerings, and policies at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
  • Memberships are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Dreamland Galaxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, abuse, policy violations, unsafe conduct, or any activity that negatively impacts the safety, operations, or experience of other guests.
  • Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
  • Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or prorated unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Dreamland Galaxy management.

  Agreement

  By purchasing a Dreamland Galaxy Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Policies, the Visitor Guidelines, and all other applicable facility rules and policies.
