Visitor Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience at Dreamland Galaxy, we’ve outlined the following visitor guidelines. Please review them before your visit:

  • Safety First: All guests must adhere to safety instructions provided by our staff. VR experiences and certain attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions for safety.
  • VR Headset Use: When using VR equipment, please ensure the headset is properly adjusted for your comfort. Always use the hand controllers as instructed by staff and avoid running or sudden movements.
  • Age-Appropriate Zones: Dreamland Galaxy offers various attractions for different age groups. Please ensure that you and your family members are enjoying appropriate zones for your age and height.
  • Food and Drink: Outside food or drinks are not permitted. We offer a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and meals at our Café for your convenience. Please enjoy your food and beverages in designated areas.
  • Respect for Others: We strive to create a welcoming, friendly environment for all visitors. Please respect others, avoid disruptive behavior, and keep noise levels reasonable.
  • Personal Items: Dreamland Galaxy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure. Lockers are available for use.
  • Behavioral Conduct: We ask that all guests display positive and respectful behavior while in the facility. Any form of inappropriate conduct, including roughhousing or aggressive actions, will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  • Health and Hygiene: Please wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility. If you feel unwell, we ask that you refrain from visiting for the safety of others.
  • Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations are highly recommended for VR experiences and group events. Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Shoes and bare feet are not permitted in the play area. Grip socks are required
  • For the safety of all guests, all adults entering the play area are required to wear socks at all times. Regular socks are permitted for adults only. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
  • For the safety of all guests, all children must wear grip socks at all times while in the play area. You are welcome to bring your own grip socks, or purchase a pair at the front desk.
  • Play Safely: For everyone’s safety, running, pushing, rough play, unsafe climbing, or misuse of playground equipment is not permitted.
  • Strollers and Car Seat Policy: To keep our playground safe, clean, and comfortable for all guests, strollers, car seats, and bassinets are not permitted inside the playground area. Strollers may be parked in the designated stroller area near the entrance. For infants and younger babies, we recommend using a baby carrier while enjoying the play space
  • A signed waiver is required for all minors and parents/guardians
  • Those who do not comply with the rules will be asked to leave the premises, without refund. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any patron who refuse to follow the rules and regulations of our facility.
  • Birthday celebrations are reserved for booked party packages only.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times and enforce safe play behavior
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited anywhere on the premises.
  • Play Session & Wristband Policy: All guests must follow their scheduled play session time. Wristbands must be worn and visible during your visit and may not be shared or transferred.
  • Parents/guardians are financially responsible for damages caused by their children.
  • Staff may remove guests who behave unsafely or disrupt others without a refund.
  • No climbing on netting, barriers, or playground exterior.
  • A completed waiver is required before participating in any attractions. Minors must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to Dreamland Galaxy property, attractions, equipment, or facilities.
